Everyone likes another opportunity to win. VI Lottery’s 2nd Chance program allows you to turn a non-winning ticket into another chance to win.

Every two weeks, the 2nd Chance Raffle opens at 10:00am on the Friday morning after the drawing, and closes the following Thursday at 5:00pm.

During the time the 2nd Chance Raffle is open, players will be able to register their losing tickets into a raffle to win prizes.  Each player will receive a raffle entry confirmation email.  For Full Sheet ticket purchases only - enter once for each ticket number and drawing.

Every 2nd Chance Friday the raffle takes place at 10:00am, and one winner from the St. Thomas/St. John District will be randomly selected, and one winner from the St. Croix district will be randomly selected.  For the EX, 3 winners from each district will be randomly selected.

The winners will be contacted by email to claim their prize.  Please be sure to bring your ticket and winners email to the VI Lottery Office to claim your $200 GIFT CARD.  You can present that gift card to the participating merchant of your choice to claim your reward.

You must keep your ticket as proof of purchase to bring in to claim your prize.

Must be numeric, between the range of 1 and 40000, not a winning number for this drawing, and you can only enter the raffle once for this ticket number and drawing number.

Serial Number must be numeric and match the serial number on your full sheet ticket.

Here's how it works!
-> Please be sure to white list & allow emails from win@winvilottery.com, so your confirmation email and winner email from us do not bounce!
-> Register your full sheet ticket by entering the ticket number and serial number located on your full sheet ticket.
-> Enter your contact information.
-> Click submit and you will receive shortly a raffle entry confirmation email.
-> The raffle runs on a Friday morning at 10:00am 8 days from the drawing date, every two weeks.  
-> The raffle winners - 1 from St. Croix district, and 1 from St. Thomas/St. John District will be notified by email when we run the raffle.
